Maybe i should talk a bit about the event.
It's a Bug Hunt programme. Basically, i play as a member of the blue team to defend my system against invading red team members. The event lasted for about 3 weeks and because of it, i have to stay longer at some of the days.
The thing i felt about this event...is that it was rigged to be impregnable to be from the start.
We are locking out attackers on the account-level privileges, denying them access because their "access cards" were not ready and we delay the process of card creation as much as possible.
Needless to say, we came out on top and didn't really faced much threats.
Nor were we found with any major findings or points of observation.
Rigged i say.

March and April was a bit more interested. My supervisor decided to spam me with random nonsensical requests that don't really belong in my work scope. So i just blocked him on communications and literally just ignored him.
Towards the end of March, on the day of my interview for a teaching position, got into a heated argument with my supervisor. I literally questioned his competency in leading the team and whether or not he is aware of what the people in the team are doing.
It didn't really end well, with the only conclusion being i unblocked him on communications. But to be fair, since that day i have received a lot less spam from him.
Then i went for the interview. Thought i did ok with an experiment to demonstrate the independence of mass in relation to the time taken for objects of different mass to hit the ground from a fixed height.
...but i fumbled when asked what qualities a teacher should have. Thinking back, i felt that this question is so trivial. Yet, at that point in time, i was unable to answer it because it felt like such a textbook question i could not bring myself to answer it.
3rd day of May. Notice came that i failed the application.
Despair came.
