2012 didn't start out well for me, still an army corporal in the human resources department at the start of the year. It started with me getting involved in an investigation for some problems that occur while i was away to Australia in 2011. As a result of this investigation, i find myself often staying behind in the office after working hours to answer questions asked by the commanding officer as well as typing parts of the investigation report which is supposed to be written by my superior officer. Sometimes i also went back to camp on my off days because of the same reason. Still, i am glad that it got resolved. Since something will always be confidential, i'll just say that the first instinct of most people when they encounter some problem will try to blame others. As a result somebody else got implicated and got into trouble. At the end of the whole fiasco, people were properly compensated if they should be and no one was punished.
