Resolutions of Life

Third post of the year! Before i start posting, happy Chinese New Year to everyone out there and i hope everyone can achieve what they hoped to. Well let's begin this with last week. --- Last Monday was the appreciation function of our overseas group. I went to the camp earlier than the stipulated time to help out in whatever they require us to do. Joshua, Bryant and me took a cab to the camp and when we reached there, Keith was still eating and so we went ahead to the canteen and helped ourselves to the food. We talked about 'old' times...well, it seemed pretty old to me. It is something of last year, but i digress. Time flies when one talks about his past. We ended up sitting in the canteen for almost 2 hours waiting for Keith to arrive. When he finally did, we found out that we are not really required to do much. Attendance taking is the main task which was not really a big fuss. We allocated tasks amongst ourselves and headed to the mess. We helped in...

...so i thought maybe making it a point to post weekly might get more posts, as according to what i mentioned last week...but that ain't the point here. Today, i just feel like posting! Heh. --- This past week had been quite busy for me. Even for me. I thought it was going to tone down for me since i am leaving soon, but the fact is quite the opposite. I'm still the one anchoring most stuff and sheez around my branch, and i am not exactly happy about it. However, this time i'm able to hide it. Also did my duty this week. Lots of incidents happened but i can't share what because of the nature of where i'm working at...just leave it at that. --- This upcoming week will be my last 5-day work week. From February onwards, i will have off days on Mondays and Fridays so it'll just be 3 days a week. Tomorrow is also the appreciation function for the overseas group i was working in last year. I think this will be quite an awesome week. So i'll look forwar...

Heh, so much for a new year resolution post. Missed it. I realise that i have only had less than 10 posts back in 2011. Is it good? While it is much attributed to my trip to Australia, i think before that i had less than 5...so i guess this year i shall post more, even if it is for nothing and have no significance just to let people know i'm still here. --- The year starts with 2 of our friends leaving the force. They were with me for the longest and i feel a little sad without them but there simply is nothing i can do to stop it. ...also, i don't feel like working at all. Everyday in the office it just feels like some kind of prison. Worse thing is that i have lots of off days to clear...so i'm really struggling between expending them now and enjoy first or saving them for later. I took 2 days off earlier this week already. While the waste had some impact on me, i generally felt that it is worth it with me not at work. --- The new year also starts with a new ...
